Catching the sun from early afternoon, there really is a Mediterranean vibe to the space, especially when matched to the high quality, contemporary white interior design. This clean, minimal ethic is cleverly offset by touches of polished concrete and mahogany wood but overall the feeling is light, bright but surprisingly homely as well. It is a kitchen to cook and entertain in. Off the kitchen a large dining room sits below the mezzanine and if formal dining is not for you it would make - and has been used as - a great TV/cinema room. The main living space is epic - no understatement. Genuine double- height ceilings, combined with a vast West facing wall of casement windows and pure white tiled floors creates a willowy, calm and serene place to relax or party! And the party piece is that a huge jacuzzi that sits either open to the living space or behind sliding glass doors, depending on the occasion. The aforementioned windows incorporate doors to the good sized, low maintenance garden, which is West facing, has some storage and a really useful private gate out on to the street behind, great for bringing in the shopping or as an escape route from a great garden party. The mezzanine is accessed via a super cool cantilevered staircase and provides two double bedrooms, both with walk-in wardrobes, and a fantastic shower room with a separate steam room. Chiswick Green Studios is a classy converted warehouse conversion located in a quiet, leafy Chiswick location but with easy access to the high street with its hugely popular West London scene. The immediate vicinity offers cracking local gastro pubs The Swan and The Duke of Sussex, as well as renowned French bistro Le Vacharin.
